Rollie stared back toward the armed yacht, he grinned as an idea struck him. He beckoned Angie to follow as he sorted through their supplies and then hurried to speak with the ship's captain. "I have an idea! Can we get a couple of cannon on the stern?"

Jack looked the man up and down, before he smirked. "There's a pair of long nines in the Captain's quarters. Willum! Lizzie! Show the gent my long nines, if you please."

Puzzled, Rollie and Angie hastened to follow the others.

"Long nines?" Angie looked up at the Aussie.

"If I remember correctly, long nines are a type of cannon."

"Yes, they are," Elizabeth smiled at them as Will opened the door.

Will and Elizabeth uncovered the beautifully matched pair of cannons, far the finest on the Black Pearl.

Rollie scratched his head. "How do we fire on that yacht? Through the windows?"

"In a way," Will grinned boyishly. "They pivot."

Rollie's eyes immediately lit up. "That's bloody brilliant!"

"What about the furniture?" Angie asked as she stared at her surroundings.

"Folds away," Elizabeth responded.

Elizabeth and Will began tucking the appointments of the Great Cabin safely away, as Rollie and Angie mixed up some chemicals.

The FX crew were chuckling as they finished. Rollie gently loaded his special brand of munitions into each cannon, being very careful not to jar anything.

"Sweet!" Angie smirked as she stepped back.

"We're ready to fire," Rollie told the other two.

Will nodded and swiftly opened the windows, giving Rollie a clear view of their pursuers.

Elizabeth looked out and frowned. "They'll catch us soon."

"No they won't," Rollie grinned as he and Angie touched a lighter to each cannon simultaneously. The pair of long nines roared.

Flames began to leap on the bow of their pursuers' ship. They were soon licking from ocean to sky. A bright flare sparked the surface of the water as the fire spread further. Will and Elizabeth stared in shock as the fire burned unimpeded even underwater. The ship slowed as the Pearl danced on her way.

Jack grinned wickedly as the four people rejoined him on deck. "A fine trick, lad! Tis been a long time since I saw someone use Greek fire."

Elizabeth and Will exchanged curious looks as they realized Jack had an idea of what their new friends had done.

"Thanks, mate!" Rollie grinned as the wind blew his hair back and into his eyes. The good feeling faded as he stared ahead. "Uh, Jack, the sun will be setting soon." And that meant the Black Pearl, her captain and crew were going to fade away like a dream. They had to reach land fast!
